Construction of a retaining wall on Petar Beron Street, next to the Roman Bridge, on the right bank of the Cherna River in the town of Smolyan, Smolyan Municipality.
The intervention on Cherna River is in the urbanized territory of the city, on the main road, which connects the town of Smolyan with the national road II-86, which leads to the Border Checkpoint „Rudozem – Xanthi“, which construction started in 2016, under the first call of the INTERREG V-A Cooperation Program „Greece – Bulgaria 2014-2020“, a strategic project with the acronym CrossBo for the construction of a new border crossing Dimario – Rudozem – Border Checkpoint „Rudozem-Xanthi“.
